This small salami is obtained from the trimming of the pork tights, the same used for Prosciutto di Parma production. It has been bagged in a thin gut of 4 cm, accelerating the maturation. The dough, very light with a delicate taste and a particular sweetness, teases the appetite. Cutted in slices and paired with crostini and slices of bread, it's perfect for starters and aperitif with a good glass of wine.
Ingrédients: Viande de porc italien (culatello 53%), sel, dextrose, sucre, arômes naturels, épices, antioxydant: ascorbate de sodium (E301), conservateurs: Nitrate de potassium (E252), Nitrate de sodium (E250).
