A new product of confectionery: pre-cut nougat cakes in 12 packed slices. The nougat is made with honey, sugar, almons, egg white and flavourings, with no preservatives. There are produced many types as this tiramisù cake. A fast cooking preserves the humidity of the dough in order to mantain the nougat soft. The high quality of raw materials and the high percentage of almonds can guarantee the excellence of this product.
