The truffle cream pays homage to the taste and the fragrance of the truffle, secret ingredient of the italian kitchen. It's at the right point of creaminess, perfect to be used in different preparations: from seasoning pasta and risotti, roast stuffing, to spread on toasted bread or to fill fresh pasta, to give a chic and elegant touch to every dish.
Ingrédients: Cèpes (Boletus Edulis et groupe relatif) 33%, huile de grains de tournesol, champignons (Agaricus Bisporus) 18%, CRÈME, oignon, truffe d’été (Tuber aestivum) 1%, sel, huile extra vierge d’olive, ail, persil, poivre, acidifiant : acide lactique, arôme.
