This wine is made from Albana di Romagna grapes. After the pressing process of the whole grapes, it is decanted into steel tanks for about 4 months and then refined in bottles for another month. It is straw-coloured tending to gold and on the palate it has a light scent of ripe peach, while the flavour is dry, warm and balanced. It is recommended as an aperitif, paired with fish (especially shell-fish) dishes, soups and light broths. It can also be served with white meat.
