This oil is made from "percolation" that is the natural oil dripping from olive's paste, ensuring the absolute quality perfection and taste fragrance. It's a green colour oil with gold shades, with a clean flavour of fresh olives and a medium fruity taste but remaining delicate. It's excellent on vegetables starters, meat, salads and soups.
