It's obtained from the longer cut of the bovine shoulder. The preparation process starts putting the meat in brine (a solution with water, salt and flavourings) witha low temperature for about one week; then the meat is stewed and lightly smoked in the oven in the last step, to guarantee a particular taste to the meat. all these processes are rather sweet, in order to mantain the product soft and tasty. It's served with mixed vegetables.

Ingrédients: Viande bovine, sel, maltodextrine, dextrose, épices, égulateur d'acidité: citrate de sodium, antioxydant: Ascorbate de sodium, conservant: nitrite de sodium, fumé nature.
