Lard is produced from the layer of fat under the skin of pork, that is salted, flavored and matured. The cut is obtained from the neck, the back and upper side of the hips. The high quality of raw materials, the careful use of flavourings and the maturation in marble basins for at least 6 months can guarantee an high quality product.
Ingrédients: Viande de porc, sel, épices, arômes, dextrose, saccharose, antioxydant: E300, conservants: E250, E252.
