A new product of confectionery: pre-cut nougat cakes in 18 packed slices. The nougat is made with honey, sugar, almons, egg white and flavourings, with no preservatives. There are produced many types, in this case it' s enriched with Limoncello. A fast cooking preserves the humidity of the dough in order to mantain the nougat soft. The high quality of raw materials and the high percentage of almonds can guarantee the excellence of this product.
Ingrédients: Sucre, amandes, miel, sirop de glucose, pâte de Limoncello (sirop de glucose, sucre, eau, arômes, jus de citron, correcteur d'acidité: E331, stabilisant: E407, antioxydant: E300), blanc d'oeuf, gélifiant: pectine, ostie (fécule de pommes de terre, eau, huile végétale) , arômes. Colorants: E102. Décoration: gélatine d'agrumes (sucre, sirop de glucose, arômes, gélifiant: E402, correcteur d'acidité: E330, colorants: E160a, E160c, E120), amandes pelées. Peut contenir traces d'arachides et autres fruits à coque.
