Tomino is a typical cheese from the countryside of Turin. It is fresh and sweet and, in this version, it is wrapped with thin slices of hand-cut speck ham and seasoned with herbs. It can be served as an appetizer or lightly grilled in a fry pan for a tasty second course.
Ingrédients: Fromage 49% (LAIT de vache, présure, ferments lactiques, sel, conservateur : sorbate de potassium), speck 26% (viande porc), sel marin, dextrose, épices, saccarose, extrait d’épices, antioxydant : ascorbate de sodium E301, conservateurs : nitrate de sodium E250 et nitrate de potassium E252), huile de grains de tournesol. Conservateurs E325, E262.
