Marinated anchovies are amazing for a classic aperitif paired with a glass of Riesling. Fresh anchovies are cleaned from entrails and leave them to marinate with wine vinegar for at least 6 hours. When the marinating is ended the anchovies are drained from vinegar in excess and seasoned with oil and salt.
Ingrédients: ANCHOIS (min. 65%), huile de grains de tournesol, vinaigre de vin, sel. Acidifiant : E330. Peut contenir des traces de CRUSTACÉS, MOLLUSQUES ET ANHYDRIDE SULFUREUX.
