This typical Southern Italy product is made from the rather hot Cornetto chilli pepper, which is cleaned, seeded and filled with a fine tuna and capers sauce. The product is then savoured with oregano and a bit of garlic to keep it sweet. It is perfect to whet the appetite or as a flavoursome side dish.
