Red pesto is a variation of Genoese pesto. It's prepared with Italian basil, sunflower oil, first quality dried tomatoes. Using dried tomatoes it gives a strong red colour to the preparation, making this pesto perfect to dress pasta, gnocchi or spreaded on toasted bread.
Ingrédients: Pulpe de tomate, huile de grains de tournesol, tomates séchées (9%), basilic (6%), NOIX DE CAJOU, fromage de brebis (LAIT de brebis, sel, présure), sucre, ail, sel, antioxydant : acide ascorbique, conservateur : sorbate de potassium.
